This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for the subitem 1) of Item 2 of this resolution, and also paragraphs of the fifth, sixth, seventh Items 1 and 2, of paragraphs of the seventh, eighth, ninth Item of 5 changes and amendments which become effective after transfer of shares of joint-stock companies by liquidation commission.".
