About some questions of joint-stock company "National infocommunication holding "Zerde"

According to the subitem 4) of Article 11 and Item 1 of article 181 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Liquidate joint-stock company "National infocommunication holding "Zerde".

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide transfer of digital development to the Ministry, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of blocks of shares of joint-stock companies "National Information Technologies" and "National agency on development of innovations of "QazInnovations" (further – joint-stock companies);

2) together with the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – changes and amendments).

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2021 No. 881 "About approval of the Development strategy of National Infocommunication Holding Zerde for 2021 - 2030 joint-stock company.
