1. Approve the enclosed Rules of application of mandatory requirements concerning the separate wheel vehicles made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and evaluating their compliance.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan primary state registration of the vehicles which underwent assessment of conformity according to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and is effective till February 1, 2023.
