About introduction of amendments to the Order of the director of Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 69/2016

Based on Art. 36 of h (1) the item d) the Law No. 91/2014 on the digital signature and the electronic document (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, to Art. No. 174-177, 397), for the purpose of updating of technical requirements in scope of the strengthened qualified digital signatures according to international standards I ORDER:

1. Technical regulations in the field of the strengthened qualified digital signature, the directors of Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 69/2016 approved by the Order (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 215-216 of 19:07. 2016, the Art. 1201) to add with Items 14-1, 33-1 and 33-2 of the following content:

"14-1. In case of complete or partial management of the closed key of the user of the strengthened qualified digital signature of accredited suppliers of certified services of the requirement, established in item 13-15, are applied only to the material carrier of the supplier.".

"33-1. The protected device of creation of the digital signature and product for the digital signature which fully or partially are controlled the accredited suppliers of certified services acting on behalf of the signing person for creation of the strengthened qualified digital signature in addition to the requirements provided by these Technical regulations shall correspond to set of the requirements provided by standards:

1) ISO/IEC 15408-1:2009 - Information technology - Security techniques - Evaluation criteria for IT security, namely:

a) ISO/IEC 15408-1:2009 - Information technology - Security techniques - Evaluation criteria for IT security - Part 1. ISO, 2009;

b) ISO/IEC 15408-2:2008 - Information technology - Security techniques - Evaluation criteria for IT security - Part 2. ISO, 2008;

c) ISO/IEC 15408-3:2008 - Information technology - Security techniques - Evaluation criteria for IT security - Part 3. ISO, 2008;
