1. The regulations on the decision on classification of goods approved by the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 296-O/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 347-352, Art. 1639), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1130 of September 26, 2016, to change:

1) In Item 52 the text "it is appealed according to the procedure, established in Art. 288-298 of the Customs code." to replace with the text "it is originally appealed in central office of Customs Service (the address: мун. Chisinau, str. N. Starostenco, 30), in termen de 10 zile calendaristice de la data comunicarii acesteia.";
