About modification of Item 2 of the Procedure for transition to property of the state of property, means and other assets of the political party prohibited by court, its regional, city, district organizations, primary cells and other structural educations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Item 2 of the Procedure for transition to property of the state of the property, money and other assets of the political party prohibited by court, its regional, city, district organizations, primary departments and other structural educations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 2022 No. 896 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 66, the Art. 3972), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Item 2 procedures for transition to property of the state of property, means and other assets of the political party prohibited by court, its regional, city, district organizations, primary cells and other structural educations

Add Item 2 after paragraph two with paragraphs of the following content:

"The Ministry of Justice involves ARMAGH in identification and search of property of political party by sending ARMAGH request which contains, in particular, the description of required information, full name, identification code of political party, its regional, city, district organizations, primary departments and other structural educations according to the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine, the copy of the judgment.
