Bring in Regulations on features of assessment of conformity of the defense products (works, services) delivered according to the state defense order, design processes (including researches), productions, constructions, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, realization, utilization and burial of the specified products, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 11, 2012 No. 1036 "About features of assessment of conformity of the defense products (works, services) delivered according to the state defense order, design processes (including researches), productions, constructions, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, realization, utilization and burial of the specified products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 43, the Art. 5873), the following changes:
a) in the subitem "v" of item 4 of the word of "documents in the field of standardization of defense products (works, services)" shall be replaced with words "documents on standardization of defense products (works, services)";
b) third Item 6 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Rules of assessment of conformity are regulated by documents on standardization of defense products and (or) technical documentation.";
c) add with Item 19 (2) the following content:
"19(2). Assessment of conformity of products of electronic component base to requirements for resistance to impact of ionizing radiation of nuclear explosions, nuclear power stations and space is performed according to requirements of documents for standardization of defense products.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
