Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 1999 No. 391 "About approval of procedure for development, maintaining and use of radiation and hygienic passports" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 27, 5/479).
3. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Health to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2006, except for Item 3 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
