Make change to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 170 "Some questions of entering of data into the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, 25, the Art. 1255) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 18, 2022 No. 1185, having stated to No. subitem 1-1 in the following edition:
"1-1) Temporary procedure approved by this resolution is applied by the Public migratory service in case of absence in its territorial authorities territorial subdivisions of technical capability of registration (including instead of lost or stolen), exchange and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine to trip abroad of means of the Unified state demographic register, and also due to the need of urgent trip abroad, connected with compelling need in treatment driving off, departure of person who accompanies the seriously ill patient, or the death of the relative who lived abroad;".
