Based on Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2022 No. 379 "About the prices of separate types of goods in case of realization according to agreements in foreign trade", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish marginal minimum prices of the goods realized according to agreements in foreign trade according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2022 No. 107 "About marginal establishment of minimum prices".
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 18, 2022.
