1. Take into consideration that:
within the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on financial cooperation signed on March 28, 2018 for project implementation "Upgrade of the regional multi-profile medical centers" allocation of borrowed and grant funds is provided;
between the Republic of Uzbekistan and KfW Bank the loan agreement in the amount of 10, 3 million euros for a period of 30 years with 10-year grace period, and also the grant agreement in the amount of 1, of 0 million euros for financing of the "Upgrade of the Regional Multi-profile Medical Centers (IV Stage)" project on August 5, 2022 are signed (further - the project).

The Ministry of Health is the executive body responsible for timely implementation and coordination of the project, and also target and effective use of borrowed and grant funds of KfW Bank;
The limited liability company "O" zmedimpeks" under the Ministry of Health is working body of the tender commission and the partner under the signed agreements within project implementation;
return of borrowed funds of KfW Bank, including the expenses connected with surcharge and percent, other payments becomes covered at the expense of means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
