Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 4, 2002 No. 21-FZ "About collateral monthly material security of citizens of the Russian Federation for outstanding achievements and special merits in front of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 10, Art. 964; 2003, No. 28, Art. 2877; 2009, No. 7, Art. 772; No. 30, Art. 3739; No. 45, Art. 5271; 2011, No. 19, Art. 2710; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6962; 2016, No. 22, Art. 3097) following changes:

Item 2 of Article 1 to add 1) with the subitem 11 of the following content:

"11) to the citizens awarded with three awards of Courage and (or) "For personal courage".";

2) the subitem 2 of Item 1 of article 2 after words "the degree award "For Merits before the Fatherland" III and IV," to add with words to "the citizens awarded with three awards of Courage and (or) "For personal courage"".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
