Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 328 "Some questions of providing the population with food products of long-term storage in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1415, No. 27, the Art. 1493, No. 28, the Art. 1537, No. 33, the Art. 1783, No. 37, the Art. 1989, No. 40, the Art. 2160, No. 54, the Art. 3177, No. 61, the Art. 3651, No. 70, the Art. 4234) changes which are applied.

The changes made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 328

1. In Item 1:

" (Except those internally displaced persons which have the right according to the legislation to receipt of the monetary assistance at the expense of means of the government budget and/or within the help from the international organizations)" to exclude 1) in subitem 1 of the word;

"Means state and local budgets" shall be replaced with words 2) in subitem 3 of the word "the means of the government budget in particular provided according to the "Subvention from the Government Budget to Local Budgets on Ensuring Compelling Needs of Functioning of the State in the conditions of Warlike Situation" program and local budgets".

2. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Approve the list and amounts of the food products used for issue to the population, both the list and amounts of packaging goods for packing of goods which are used for issue to the population, according to appendix.".
