1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for accreditation of non-state expert centers and certification of the experts performing examination of construction projects of the objects which are not within the exclusive competence of state examination.

2. To Department of State Architectural and Construction Control, accreditation and certification:

provide in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

after state registration to publish this order in mass media.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
