About some temporary solutions of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning issuance of credits to borrowers of Batken Province

For the purpose of preserving banking system stability and the non-bank sector, support to borrowers, and also creation of necessary conditions for recovery and development of the administrative and territorial units including damaged as a result of the armed conflict which took place in September, 2022 in Batken Province, considering the emergency mode introduced in Batken Province since September 16, 2022 based on the order of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province No. 284-b and according to Articles 5, "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 9 and 64 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Recommend:

- to commercial banks and microfinancial organizations:

1) in priority procedure to consider requests for receipt of the credits of the borrowers living and/or performing economic activity in Batken Province;

2) to review the internal procedures on issuance of credits and to consider the possibility to make corresponding changes regarding simplification and acceleration of procedures for issuance of credits to the borrowers living and/or performing economic activity in Batken Province including to use possibilities of automation of processes on receipt of necessary documents from borrowers through system of interdepartmental electronic interaction Tunduk;

- JSC Garantiyny fond:

1) in priority procedure to consider requests for issue of guarantees on the credits of the borrowers living and/or performing economic activity in Batken Province;
