1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of tourist and recreational activities in the state national natural parks.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2004 No. 240 "About approval of Rules of withdrawal (redemption) of the parcels of land for creation and expansion of especially protected natural territories from lands of all categories, demolition, carrying out of foreign buildings, constructions and objects in especially protected natural territories, provisions in lease of the parcels of land, buildings and constructions in especially protected natural territories for scientific, tourist and recreational activities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 10, the Art. 130).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
