About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning improvement of management in the field of electronic communications

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the state social standards and the state social guarantees" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 48, Art. 409; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 16, 2020 No. 1089-IX):

1) in Article 10:

in the name and paragraph one of the word "in the field of transport servicing and communication" shall be replaced with words "in spheres of transport servicing and electronic communications";

word in paragraph four "communication services" shall be replaced with words "electronic communication services";

In paragraph six of part one of Article 19 of the word of "services and communication services" shall be replaced with words 2) "and electronic communication services".

2. In part three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine" (2001, No. 20, the Art. 101) words "communication systems" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "information and communication systems".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 7, the Art. 84):

Items 10 and 11 of part one of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"10) the electronic message - information provided to the consumer through electronic communication networks which can be in any manner reproduced or kept by the consumer in electronic form;

11) means of remote communication - electronic communication networks, mail service, television, information networks, in particular the Internet which can be used for the conclusion of agreements at distance";
