1. Establish for 2023:

1.1. the list of forms of the departmental reporting according to appendix 1;

1.2. form of the departmental reporting "Report on addresses of citizens and legal entities" according to appendix 2;

1.3. instructions for filling of form of the departmental reporting "Report on addresses of citizens and legal entities" according to appendix 3;

1.4. form of the departmental reporting of "Data on production of printed materials" according to appendix 4;

1.5. instructions for filling of form of the departmental reporting of "Data on production of printed materials" according to appendix 5.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
