About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of activities of the interdepartmental commissions
For the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic within inventory count of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on inventory count of regulatory legal acts" of June 4, 2018 No. 265 the following changes:
in the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on inventory count of regulatory legal acts approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the subitem 3 of Item 6 of the word of Government office in different cases shall be replaced with words Presidential Administration in the corresponding cases;
- add Item 10 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"According to the decision of the commission chairman the meeting can be held in online format.";
- in Item 11:
to add the subitem 3 after the word "economies" with the words "and commerce";
state subitem 4 in the following edition:
"4) Presidential Administration.";
- in paragraph three of Item 13 of the word "in meetings of the Government", "management of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" to replace respectively with the words "in cabinet meetings", "Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and his deputies";
- in subitems 2, 3 Items 18 of the word Government office shall be replaced with words Presidential Administration;
- in Item 19 of the word Government office shall be replaced with words Presidential Administration.
