According to article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About notariate" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the List of documents according to which debt collection is made in indisputable procedure based on the executive texts made by notaries according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulations into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.A's Palvan-zade.

The list of documents according to which debt collection is made in indisputable procedure based on the executive texts made by notaries

I. Debt collection according to notarially certified transactions

1. Notarially certified transactions connected with receipt of money, implementation of return or cession of property.

For receipt of executive text are represented:

a) authentic copy of notarially certified transaction;

b) the notice in writing on payment delay (about return or cession of property) sent by the creditor to the debtor through the notary.

II. Debt collection on the bases following from settlement and credit relations

2. Documents according to which debtors and their guarantors allow delay of payments on the credits provided by credit institutes.

For receipt of executive text are represented:

a) the authentic agreement of the credit under which collection is made;
