1. Approve Rules of ensuring availability to disabled people of objects of social, transport and production infrastructure, vehicles and the rendered services, estimates of level of their availability (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 6, 2023.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules determine requirements to providing the available circle for disabled people on objects of social, transport and production infrastructure (further, unless otherwise specified, - objects), availability of vehicles and the rendered services, assessment of level of their availability.

For the purposes of these rules terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the rights of disabled people and their social integration", the technical regulatory legal acts regulating creation of the available circle (further - TNPA), and also the following terms and their determinations are used:
