About approval of the Regulations on the organization, functioning and use of Fund of guaranteeing the credits for the small and medium companies

Based on part (5) article 13 of the Law No. 179/2016 on the small and medium companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 306-313, 651), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on the organization, functioning and use of Fund of guaranteeing the credits for the small and medium companies it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 828/2018 about approval of the Regulations on Fonda of guaranteeing the credits for the small and medium companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 321-332, 877).

3. To public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" within 3 months from the effective date of this resolution to bring into accord with it the regulations.

4. The agreements on cooperation signed by public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" with banks before entry into force of this resolution are applied in that measure in what they do not contradict requirements of the Provision specified in Item 1. Provide to public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" approval of new agreements on cooperation with banks within 3 months from the effective date of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
