For the purpose of ensuring social protection of separate categories of persons, according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About social security of disabled people in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 30, 2006 "About change of retail prices on motor gasoline" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. 127:

1. Enter since November 1, 2006 payments of monthly monetary compensations to separate categories of persons instead of earlier provided privileges on motor gasoline acquisition.

2. Approve Regulations on payment procedure to separate categories of persons of monthly monetary compensation of part of expenses on acquisition of motor gasoline according to appendix No. 1.

3. Ceased to be valid

4. Make changes and recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
