About establishment of rates of the individual duties collected in case of the international registration of signs according to the Protocol to the Madrid agreement on the international registration of signs (Madrid, on June 27, 1989)
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Protocol to the Madrid agreement on the international registration of signs (Madrid, on June 27, 1989)" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve rates of the individual duties collected from nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan in case of the international registration of signs according to the Protocol to the Madrid agreement on the international registration of signs (Madrid, on June 27, 1989), according to appendix.
2. Determine that the means of individual duties arriving in Fund of development of intellectual property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan are distributed in the following procedure:
78 percent - into the account of Fund of science funding and support of innovations;
2 percent - into the corresponding account of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
20 percent - remain in Fund of development of intellectual property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for their use on strengthening of material and technical resources of the Ministry of Justice and payment of the membership fees for participation in the international organizations in the field of legal protection of objects industrial and other types of intellectual property (at least 50 percent), and also on material stimulation of workers.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
