About approval of the Regulations on procedure for compensation of interest rates for bank and/or non-bank investment loans under the agreements signed by the small and medium companies
For the purpose of execution of Item 3.2 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 44/2022 and Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for compensation of interest rates for bank and/or non-bank investment loans under the agreements signed by the small and medium companies it (is applied).
2. To public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" to use the financial resources in the amount of 200 000,0 thousand lei allocated according to the Law on the government budget for 2022 No. 205/2021, for compensation of the interest rates paid from August 1 till December 31, 2022 on bank and/or non-bank investment loans under the agreements signed by the small and medium companies in national currency outstanding as of August 1, 2022.
3. To public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" to use technical capabilities of government electronic payment service (MPay) for the automated creation of payment orders for the purpose of transfer of compensations to the companies beneficiaries, and to provide to public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" technical and methodological support of public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship".
4. To the Ministry of Economics in cooperation with public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" to perform implementation of provisions of this resolution through public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship"
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economics.
