About establishment of the additional lowering and raising coefficients to base rate

Based on Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the amount of the rent when leasing capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, parking places, their parts, No. approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2012 150, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the additional coefficients applied to base rates when calculating rates of the rent:

decreasing coefficient of 0,1 for the religious organizations according to appendix 1;

decreasing coefficient of 0,1 for the areas leased for realization of book products by Belkniga and Mogilevsoyuzpechat open joint stock companies provided that sales amounts these open joint stock companies of the book products connected with education, science and culture in prior year made more than 50 percent from total amounts of realization. In case of failure to carry out of this condition the called open joint stock companies lose the right to use of the decreasing coefficient established in this paragraph;

decreasing coefficient of 0,15 for the areas leased by Christian charitable public organization of Tabey;

the raising coefficients for the areas in buildings (except for the areas for which when calculating rate of the rent the raising coefficients established for separate types of activity are applied, performed on leased premises, concerning some categories of lessees and real estate) according to appendix 2;

decreasing coefficient of 0,1 for the areas leased by the Belarusian innovative fund;
