About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 2008 No. 104

1. Bring in Item of 1 appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 2008 No. 104 "About change duration over 12 hours for separate employee categories" the following changes:
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"working in Items of customs clearance and (or) check points; departments (services) operational and on duty of customs; structural divisions of customs, the given right to perform operational search activities and inquiry;";
word in paragraph nine of "the structural divisions including isolated" shall be replaced with words "the isolated (structural) divisions";
add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"the isolated (structural) divisions of military units and the organizations of the Armed Forces, the state security agencies, bodies of the border service, law-enforcement bodies, internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs providing and performing continuous process of delivery of health care, and also day-and-night care for patients.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
