For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for creation, approval and change of funding plans I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on monthly income distribution, expenses and sources of financing of the government budget.

2. Repeal the Order of the Minister of Finance of N70 of November 29, 2004 "About approval of the Regulations on monthly income distribution, expenses and sources of financing of the government budget".

3. Enact this order from the moment of estimating of expenses and funding plans for 2007.

Regulations on monthly income distribution, expenses and sources of financing of the government budget

I. General provisions

1.1. This provision is developed according to provisions of article 32 of the Law N847-XIII of May 24, 1996 on budget system and budget process (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. N91-96, 420) and establish procedure for creation, approval and change of monthly income distribution, expenses and sources of financing of the government budget.

1.2. In this provision the following concepts are used:

a) The main contractor of the budget - the head of body of public management given the right of approval of expense budget and funding plan of contractors of the budget of the second level.
