1. Approve procedure for acceptance, registration and approval in the Ministry of Finance of funding plans (according to appendix).
2. Repeal the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 23 of February 28, 2007 "About approval of procedure for acceptance, registration and approval in the Ministry of Finance of funding plans".
3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2011.

1. Funding plans are constituted and affirm according to the Provision "About Monthly Income Distribution, Expenses and Sources of Financing of the Government Budget" approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 154 of December 1, 2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 241-246, the Art. 946).
2. Funding plans are constituted separately for:
2. 1) initial approval;
2. 2) changes to initial approval which affect the annual law on the budget;
2. 3) changes to initial approval which do not affect the annual law on the budget.
