1. Approve procedure for acceptance, registration and approval in the Ministry of Finance of distribution of budgets for 2015 (according to appendix).

2. Of 8.11.2010 "About approval of procedure for acceptance, registration and approval in the Ministry of Finance of funding plans" to consider the order of the Minister of Finance No. 146 invalid.

3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2015.

Procedure for acceptance, registration and approval in the Ministry of Finance of distribution of budgets for 2015

1. Distribution of budgets is constituted and affirms according to the Regulations on distribution of the government budget for 2015 approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 169 of December 9, 2014.

2. Distribution of budgets is constituted separately for:

2. 1) initial approval;

2. 2) changes to initial approval which affect the annual law on the budget;

2. 3) changes to initial approval which do not affect the annual law on the budget.

3. According to articles 21 and 25 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility, No. 181 of 25.07.2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 223-230/519 of 8:08. 2014) the following procedure for acceptance, registration and approval in the Ministry of Finance of distribution of budgets is established.
