About introduction of amendments to articles 16 and 37 of the Federal law "Consular Charter of the Russian Federation"

"6. In the territories of separate foreign states authorized by the federal executive body knowing questions of foreign affairs and the state unitary enterprise which is under its authority (further - jurisdictional enterprise) renders through the branches (representations) of economic society created in the specified foreign states which founder is such jurisdictional enterprise, assistance to consular establishments and consular departments of diplomatic representations of the Russian Federation for the purpose of making of separate consular actions, implementation of separate powers regarding documents acceptance of applicants (except as specified if regulatory legal acts establish the requirement about corporal appearance of the applicant in consular establishment or consular department of diplomatic representation of the Russian Federation for making of consular action concerning such applicant).

The list of foreign states in which territories the jurisdictional enterprise renders assistance to consular establishments and consular departments of diplomatic representations of the Russian Federation for the purpose of making of separate consular actions, implementation of separate powers regarding documents acceptance of applicants the procedure for rendering the specified assistance, and also the requirement to information exchange between branch (representation) of economic society which founder is such jurisdictional enterprise, and consular establishment or consular department of diplomatic representation of the Russian Federation are established by the federal executive body knowing questions of foreign affairs.
