About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment on burial

In pursuance of provisions of the Law on benefits of social insurance on temporary disability and other benefits of social insurance of N289-XV of July 22, 2004. The government DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to burial according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to the appendix N2.

Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to burial

I. General provisions

1. This provision determines procedure for the provision and allowance payment on burial established by territorial authorities of National cash desk of social insurance (in dalneyshemnatsionalny cash desk).

2. The benefit for burial is lump-sum benefit which is provided for the purpose of material support of family of the dead or person who incurred expenses on his burial.

3. The benefit for burial is not provided if face is announced by the died decision of degree of jurisdiction.

4. According to this provision family members are:

a) spouse (spouse);

b) parents;
