Based on part (11) article 30 of the Aviation code of the Republic of Moldova No. 301/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 95-104, 189), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

The directive No. 2000/79/EU of Council of November 27, 2000 about implementation of the European agreement on the organization of the working hours of mobile employees in civil aviation concluded by Association of the European airlines (AEA), the European federation of transport workers (ETF), the European association of aircrew (ECA), the European association of regional airlines (ERA) and International association of avia of charter carriers (IACA) published in the Official magazine of the European Union No. L 302/57 of December 1, 2000;

and partially - the Directive No. 2003/88/EU of the European Parliament and Council of November 4, 2003 about some aspects of the organization of working hours published in the Official magazine of the European Union No. L 299/9 of November 18, 2003.

1. Approve Regulations on establishment of technical requirements and ministerial procedures concerning airborne transportations it (is applied).
