About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About ratifications of the Convention of the Council of Europe on prevention of violence against women and domestic violence and fight against these phenomena", the Laws of Ukraine "About providing the equal rights and opportunities of women and men", "About the principles of prevention and counteraction of discrimination in Ukraine", the Actions plan on accomplishment of the National plan of action for accomplishment of the resolution of the UN Security Council 1325 "Women, the world, safety" for the period till 2025 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2020 No. 1544-r., and for the purpose of settlement of procedure for response to manifestations of discrimination and cases of sexual harassments I order:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which are attached.

2. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (brain V.) to provide to department of interaction with National police of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
