For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.8 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications" of August 9, 2005 277, I decide No.:

1. Approve "The list of competent authorities of the government which have the right of preferential use of networks by constructions and means of telecommunications in case of emergency situations, in the conditions of emergency or warlike situation and can suspend, limit their use or apply special rules for use of communication" it (is applied).

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
