Based on part three of article 54 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1596-XII
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for confirmation and calculation of length of service for purpose of pensions it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Social Welfare in coordination with the State committee on work and social protection of the population, the Pension fund, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and by another interested to approve forms of the corresponding references issued for confirmation of length of service (service) in case of purpose of pensions till January 1, 1993.
