About modification of the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. Bring in the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective since April 1, 2023.

The changes made to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. In Item 15:

a) paragraphs of the twenty eighth - thirty third (after the table) subitem 29 to replace with paragraphs of the following content:

"At number 6 when placing goods under customs procedure of conversion on customs area if DT is used as the document on conditions of conversion of goods on customs area, are specified:

the declared regulation of exit of products of conversion;

the name, code according to the CN FEA EEU (at the level of goods item if it is stipulated by the legislation state member of the Union) if it differs from the code specified in column 33 DT and quantity of products of conversion;

methods of identification of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of conversion on customs area in products of their conversion;

the name and code according to the CN FEA EEU of waste and remaining balance;

data on replacement of foreign goods with equivalent goods of the Union (further - equivalent goods);
