1. Found the Agency of rail transport - the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency of rail transport according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of the Agency of rail transport according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm Agentstva of rail transport according to appendix No. 3.

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency of rail transport in number of 27 units, including 26 government employees and 1 unit of support personnel, with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.
