About redistribution of some assignments approved by the Law No. 206/2021 on the budget of the national social insurance for 2022 and the Law No. 205/2021 on the government budget for 2022

Based on Item and) parts (1) and parts (3) article 60 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. To redistribute amounts of the assignments approved in appendix No. 2 to the Law No. 206/2021 on the budget of the national social insurance for 2022 between subprogrammes of the budget according to appendix No. 1.

2. To change amounts of the assignments approved in appendix No. 1 to the Law No. 206/2021 on the budget of the national social insurance for 2022 according to appendix No. 2.

3. To redistribute amounts of the assignments approved in appendix No. 3 to the Law No. 205/2021 on the government budget for 2022 between subprogrammes of one body of the public power according to appendix No. 3.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
