Suspend till January 1, 2024 paragraphs of the first and second Item 1 and paragraph one of Item 2 of article 4 of the Federal Law of October 24, 1997 No. 134-FZ "About subsistence minimum in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 43, Art. 4904; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2009, No. 30, Art. 3739; 2012, No. 50, Art. 6956; 2018, No. 1, Art. 5; No. 31, Art. 4861; 2019, No. 14, Art. 1462; 2021, No. 1, Art. 12).
2. The size of subsistence minimum in general across the Russian Federation per capita and on the main social and demographic national groups, including for determination of the amount of the federal social pension supplement provided by the Federal Law of July 17, 1999 No. 178-FZ "About the government public assistance" for 2023 and 2024 is established by the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and for planning period.
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
