1. In the Regulations on assignment of categories of energy vulnerability and procedure for establishment and payment of compensations on payment of invoices for energy approved by the Order of the Government No. 704/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 315-317, 785), to make the following changes:

1) Item 2:

after the concept "compensation" to add with the concept "residential customer" of the following content:

"the residential customer - physical person which acquires natural gas or the electric power or uses heat energy for own domestic needs, except for their commercial uses, for implementation of business or professional activity;";

state the concept "the intermediary in calculations" of the following edition:

"the intermediary when calculating - the managing director of housing stock, gardening partnership, public organization / body / the state company which exercises control of hostels/housing/rooms, or civil engineering firm which on behalf of residential customers performs pozhilishchny distribution of amounts of the consumed energy, acceptance of payments from consumers and transfer to their suppliers, and also the legal entity who on the basis of the agreement provides on behalf of the supplier or managing housing stock apartment / пожилищное distribution of amounts of the delivered energy, issue and sending receipts for payment, collection of payments from consumers and their transfer to suppliers, informing consumers concerning invoicing and obligations on payment of the consumed energy;";

"1) individual registration by filing of application on the compensatii.gov.md platform;

2) the assisted registration on the compensatii.gov.md platform - by means of giving to registrars of the application form which is filled in on paper.";
