1. Approve Regulations on assignment of categories of energy vulnerability and procedure for establishment and payment of compensations on payment of invoices for energy and compensations for energy in the form of money payment it (is applied).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
