I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2018 No. 25/nanosecond "About approval of Rules of functioning of system of centralized management of networks of telecommunications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16783) the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to Item 2 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About communication" I ORDER:";

The rules of functioning of system of centralized management of networks of telecommunications of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2. (Darmenov B. D.) to provide to service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 1) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
