1. Approve:

1) Regulations on evaluation procedure of level of knowledge of provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and Romanian for acquisition of right of nationality of the Republic of Moldova and receipt of the right to permanent stay in the Republic of Moldova, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of Examination committee according to the level of knowledge of provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and Romanian, according to appendix No. 2;

3) the Sample of the certificate, to the issued persons who passed examination for assessment of level of knowledge of provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and Romanian for the purpose of acquisition of nationality of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 3;

4) the Sample of the certificate confirming the average level of the ownership of Romanian issued to persons petitioning for provision of the right to permanent stay in the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 4.
