According to the Art. of 5 paragraphs (6) the Law No. 489/1999 on the state system of social insurance with the amendments made by the Law No. 242/2022 on modification of some regulations and for the purpose of regulation of process of entering of data into personal accounts of social insurance of insured persons for which 1999-2017 of the declaration of the insured persons Rev 5 were not provided by the payers of fees liquidated or being in process of liquidation for the period I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on entering of data into personal accounts of social insurance of insured persons based on information on the paid and not declared fees of social insurance for the periods from 1999 to 2017, according to appendix.

2. The provision becomes effective since 1.01.2023.

3. To provide to head department of development and institutional management publication of the Provision in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova till 1.01.2023.

4. To provide to head department of individual accounting of fees informing staff of territorial cash desks by placement of this order and the approved provision in IS "Electronic Library" within 5 days from approval date.

5. To establish control over execution of provisions of this order of the deputy director general Tatyana of Pop.
