About acquisition of assets

Based on subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2021 "About stabilization of financial condition of the organizations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 391

1. To Asset Management Agency open joint stock company (further – the Agency) to acquire the assets created on the loans granted:

1.1. Belagroprombank open joint stock company:

to open joint stock company "Fish farm of Loktysha according to appendix 1 *;

to open joint stock company "Fish farm Polesia according to appendix 2 *;

to open joint stock company "Fish farm Dneprobugsky according to appendix 3 *;

1.2. open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank:

to ASB-Agro Gorodets private company according to appendix 4 *;

to ASB-Agro Kukhtichi private company according to appendix 5*.

* Taking into account refining of outstanding amounts for date of transfer of assets.

2. Establish:

2.1. rate of interest income on the bonds emitted by the Agency for the purposes of acquisition of assets according to Item 1 of this resolution nominated in Belarusian rubles in the amount of refunding rate of National Bank (taking into account its change);

2.2. discount on the acquired Agency according to Item 1 of this resolution to assets:

specified in appendices 1-3, – in the amount of 90 percent from the main amount of debt on the credits, and also in the amount of the interest for using the credits which is not paid for date of concession of the requirement and other payments according to credit agreements;
