1. These rules determine procedure for forming of property of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation (further - Fund), ownerships, uses and orders of property of Fund.

2. The fund for implementation of the activities is allocated with property which owner is the Russian Federation.

3. The fund owns, uses and disposes of the property assigned to it on the right of operational management according to the Federal Law "About Fund of Pension and Social Insurance of the Russian Federation" (further - the Federal Law), other Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation accepted according to them, and also these rules.
