Article 1. Exempt from punishment in the form of social jobs, penalty, deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, corrective works, restriction on military service, arrest, restriction of freedom, imprisonment for certain term (further if other is not determined, - imprisonment), and also from other measures of criminal liability in the form of condemnation with delay of execution of the punishment, condemnation with conditional non-use of punishment, condemnation without assignment of punishment if other is not provided by articles 8 and 10 of this Law:

persons which reached generally established retirement age;

disabled people of I and II groups; the faces sore with active form of tuberculosis and carried to the I "A", II "And", to III groups of dispensary observation; faces sore with oncological diseases of the second, third, fourth clinical groups; HIV-positive people with the 3rd and 4th stages of disease on clinical classification of the World Health Organization;

combat veterans in the territory of other states;

the citizens who were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents;
