Some questions of ensuring implementation of insurance payments and provision of social services in obligatory national social insurance

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

the remaining balance of means formed on accounts of executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund and its working bodies as of the end of the last banking day in electronic payment system of National Bank in 2022 is listed by account holders in the first banking day 2023 into the profitable account of the Pension fund of Ukraine opened in the Public treasurer service for accounting of means of obligatory national social insurance in connection with temporary disability and obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability, with subsequent their direction in same day into the account account of the Pension fund of Ukraine for implementation of insurance payments and provision of the social services determined by the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance";

promulgation of financial and budget reports for 2022 is performed by executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund in the terms established by the legislation and procedure.

2. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 675 "About approval of proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2800; 2016, No. 16, Art. 652; 2019, No. 4, the Art. 130, No. 60, the Art. 2073) changes which are applied.
