About modification of appendix No. 6 to the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere

The government DECIDES:

1. Item 6 of appendix No. 6 to the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 on enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere (2018, Art. No. 480-485, 1310), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "The average monthly salary is determined proceeding from the salary received on the last post for the last 12 calendar months, preceding the date of entry into force of the order of the Government about the organization and functioning of the body/organization reorganized as a result of application of the Law No. 140/2018 on modification and amendments into some legal acts in proportion to time which is actually fulfilled in the corresponding position.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova. For employees whose status was changed by the Order of the Government No. 151/2022 about the organization and functioning of the National agency of road transport payment of the wage differential determined according to Item provisions 1, will be estimated since November 1, 2022 with its payment since December, 2022.
